LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BERRY WAY, CHORLEY, CHORLEY BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING) ORDER 202*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Berry Way, Chorley, the north east and east side, from a point 48.5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Oldfield Way to a point 199 metres north west of its junction with the centreline of Barton Road;
b) Berry Way, Chorley, the west and south west side, from a point 50.5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Oldfield Way to a point 199 metres north west of its junction with the centreline of Barton Road.
2. Introduce a prohibition of loading in the following lengths of road:
a) Berry Way, Chorley, the north east and east side, from a point 48.5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Oldfield Way to a point 199 metres north west of its junction with the centreline of Barton Road;
b) Berry Way, Chorley, the west and south west side, from a point 50.5 metres south of its junction with the centreline of Oldfield Way to a point 199 metres north west of its junction with the centreline of Barton Road.
A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Chorley Borough Council, Town Hall, Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1DP and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
