B2162 Benover Road, Yalding, ME18 6JS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2026
To allow water meter installation works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B2162 Benover Road, Yalding, on or after 17th August 2026 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed in the vicinity of property named Willow Grove. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

Blind Lane, Bredhurst, ME7 3JR (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2026
To allow water pipe replacement works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Blind Lane, Bredhurst, on or after 3rd August 2026 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed from the junction with Forge Lane to property named Villa Nova. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
There is no alternative route for any through traffic. Access will be maintained where it is safe to do so and with road plate.

The road will be closed 20 metres either side of Wateringbury railway crossing, between the hours of 01:00 on 23rd August 2026 and 04:00 on 24th August 2026 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

To allow telegraph pole replacement and associated cable rehanging works to be carried out, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Chegworth Road, Harrietsham, on or after 5th August 2026 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed from approximately 50 metres North of property named Little Chegworth for a distance approximately 100 metres in a Southerly direction. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The road will be closed in the vicinity of the back gate of Cock Hill Farm. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Cox Street, Scragged Oak Road, White Hill Road and vice versa.
Dover Street, Maidstone, ME16 8LD (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & SUSPEND ONE WAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2026
To allow telegraph pole replacement and associated cable rehanging works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Dover Street, Maidstone, on or after 17th August 2026 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed. The One Way order on Dover Street will be suspended to allow for access.
