What is happening?

The following applications have been submitted
for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.

• 2026/0401/CXN Eastgate Boarding House, 18 Wragby Road: Variation of condition 3 of planning permission 2025/0329/FUL - to amend approved plans.

• 2026/0438/FUL 30 Yarborough Road: Change of use from Existing HMO (Class C4) to flexible use between HMO (Class C4) and Dwelling (Class C3).

• 2026/0426/CXN 7 Lindum Terrace: Variation of condition 2 of listed building consent 2025/0712/LBC - to amend approved plans.

• 2026/0440/LBC 7 Lindum Terrace: Installation of an air source heat pump and associated 1.8m high timber screening fence (Listed Building Consent)

• 2026/0390/LBC & 2026/0386/FUL
Lincoln Christs Hospital School, Wragby Road: Installation of solar panels to sports hall, gymnasium, and swimming pool roofs (Listed Building Consent)

The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
