TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE (VICTORIA ROAD & ST ALBAN'S GROVE) 2026
The Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea give notice that they have made a Temporary Traffic Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Schedule 1 Section 14 (1)(a) and all other enabling powers prohibiting motorised vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below.
The footway outside of the development on the junction of Victoria Road and St Alban's Grove is be closed to pedestrians for development works.
The restrictions will come into force from 08.00hrs on Monday 3rd August 2026 until 18.00hrs on Monday 7th June 2027, or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
Pedestrians are to be diverted to the opposite footways Nothing in this Order shall apply to:
• anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform.
• anything done in connection with the execution of said works.
