What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL(Barnside, Church Street, East Street, Ings Lane, Hibaldstow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Orders 2026

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make Orders in respect of the following Streets in Hibaldstow, which are not already the subject of a Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order. The effect of the proposed and existing Orders will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Barnside, Church St, East St and Ings Lane from 7.30am 17th Aug-6pm 4th Sept 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) for carriageway surface dressing by NLC. The diversion for the Church St and Ings Lane closures is Ings Lane, Cross Carr Rd, South Carr Rd, Redbourne Rd and reverse.

Access to Barnside and East St will be from Beckside.
