ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14

TEMPORARY CLOSURE – FRESHWATER ROAD SW17

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Freshwater Road to facilitate Uk Power Networks works.

  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Freshwater Road from the junction of Freshwater Close to the junction of Southcroft Road. In addition, no vehicle will enter or exit Beclands Road at its junction with Freshwater Road. There will be no waiting at any time.

  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

  5. The order will come into operation on 3 August 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 12 August 2026.

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make an order to restrict vehicular movement in Selkirk Road to facilitate Thames Water utility works.

  2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Selkirk Road outside numbers 24-28. There will be no waiting at any time.

  3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

  4. Further information may be obtained from the Council’s Network Management section – telephone number (020) 8871 6904.

  5. The order will come into operation on 3 August 2026 and will remain in place until the works are complete. The order will remain in place for no longer than 18 months, although the works are expected to be complete by 21 August 2026.

    2. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

    2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Dover House Road from the end of number 1 to the junction with Upper Richmond Road. There will be no waiting at any time Saturday & Sunday only.

    3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

      2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no vehicle shall enter, proceed or wait along Isis Street from number 1 to the junction with Garratt Lane. There will be no waiting at any time.

      3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.

      1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth has made an order to restrict vehicular movement in Princes Way to facilitate UK Power Networks utility works.

      2. Whilst the said works are taking place on Princes Way, temporary waiting restrictions will be introduced from the junction with Woodspring Road to the EI Substation Building 7104 (opposite house number 86). There will be no waiting 08:00–18:00.

      3. Whilst the order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be appropriately signed.
