Manchester City Council
Manchester City Council proposes to make Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the titles and effects of which are as follows: 

CITY OF MANCHESTER (DUNNOCK CLOSE, WILBRAHAM ROAD AND MORVILLE ROAD, CHORLTON PARK) 
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND PROHIBITION OF LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2026 

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:
Dunnock Close, (i) east side from Wilbraham Road northerly for 88m, (ii) inner side from 95m north of Wilbraham Road southerly, then easterly for 24m, (iii) inner side from 211m north of Wilbraham Road clockwise for 23m, (iv) inner side from 242m north of Wilbraham Road anticlockwise for 30m, (v) inner side from 114m north of Wilbraham Road anticlockwise for 18m, (vi) outer side from 107m north of Wilbraham Road anticlockwise for 37m, (vii) outer side from 211m north of Wilbraham Road clockwise for 30m, (viii) outer side from 242m north of Wilbraham Road anticlockwise for 37m, (ix) west side from 90m northwest of its junction with Wilbraham Road northerly for 15m, (x) west side from Wilbraham Road north westerly for 90m. Morville Road, both sides from Wilbraham Road northerly for 10m. Wilbraham Road, (i) north side from 6m west of Morville Road easterly to 8m east of Morville Road, (ii) north side from 10m west of Dunnock Close easterly to 10m east of Dunnock Close.

NO LOADING/UNLOADING AT ANY TIME:
Dunnock Close, (i) both sides from Wilbraham Road northerly for 6m, (ii) east side from 69m north of Wilbraham Road northeasterly for 19m, (iii) west side from 69m north of Wilbraham Road northwesterly for 19m. Morville Road, both sides Wilbraham Road northerly for 10m. Wilbraham Road, (i) north side from 6m west of Morville Road easterly to 8m east of Morville Road, (ii) north side from 10m west of Dunnock Close easterly to a point 10m east of Dunnock Close.

CITY OF MANCHESTER (DUNNOCK CLOSE, CHORLTON PARK) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER 2026

20MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE: Dunnock Close, for its entire length Copies of the proposed Orders, a Statement of Reasons, and a plan showing the proposals can be requested by emailing phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or examined in person by appointment at the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. 

Objections to the proposals must be sent in writing to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or to the address below, stating the grounds on which they are made, no later than 21st August 2026.
