NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF ORDER SECTION 14 OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 B&NES COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH BA27/75, BATH HILL, KEYNSHAM) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026

Notice is given that the Secretary of State in exercise of her powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has extended an order to temporarily close the section of FP BA27/75 commencing from ST 6554 6847 & proceeding in a generally NE for approx. 35m to Bath Hill at ST 6557 6849. This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way: namely the applicant will be replacing timber planters. The Order has been extended and will remain effective until 21 September 2026. Alternative route: FP BA27/75 - FP BA27/73 - Bath Hill. Vice Versa.
