Bydd y Gorchymyn hwn yn ei gwneud hi’n anghyfreithlon:-
peri i unrhyw gerbyd gael ei yrru ar y rhan o’r ffordd a nodir yng ngholofn 1 yr Atodlen i’r
Gorchymyn hwn i gyfeiriad heblaw’r hyn a nodir mewn perthynas â’r rhan o’r ffordd dan sylw yng ngholofn 2 yr Atodlen ddywededig. peri na chaniatáu i unrhyw gerbyd deithio i’r un cyfeiriad neu’r llall ar hyd y C0180 i droi i’r chwith neu i’r dde ar hyd y C0190 wrth gyffordd y ffyrdd hynny.

Rhaid anfon gwrthwynebiadau a sylwadau eraill i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn ysgrifenedig at y rhai sydd wedi llofnodi isod erbyn 27 Awst 2026.

(C0190 Ystradfellte) (One-Way Traffic) Order 202_
Notice is hereby given that Powys County Council intends to make an Order under Sections 1(1) and 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
This Order, will make it unlawful to:-
cause any vehicle to proceed in the length of road specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order in a direction other than that specified in relation to that length of road in column 2 of the said Schedule.
Cause or permit any vehicle proceeding in either direction along the C0180 to make a left turn or a right turn onto the C0190 at the junction of the said roads.
SCHEDULE
A copy of the draft Order and maps showing the lengths of road concerned with a statement of the Council’s reasons, may be examined during office hours at County Hall, Llandrindod Wells LD1 5LG, or at
https://en.powys.gov.uk/trafficconsult
Objections and other representations to the proposed Order must be sent in writing to the undersigned by the 27th August 2026.
