NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The London Borough of Barnet ("the Council") proposes to dispose of land at the above property by surrendering its interest in its current lease.

The land in question is currently used as, and forms part of, an open space.

Please email Michaela.Charles-Dawkins@barnet.gov.uk, to request a copy of a plan showing the land. Alternatively, a hard copy is available to view by prior appointment at the main reception of the following locations:

1. The London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW.

2. Hendon Library, The Burroughs, London, NW4 4BQ.

The Council will consider all written representations received. Written representations can be emailed to: Michaela.Charles-Dawkins@barnet.gov.uk, or posted for the attention of Syma Khadri, Growth and Development Directorate, The London Borough of Barnet, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW, (quoting WH/SK) and must arrive no later than 5:00pm on 7 August 2026.

This Notice will be advertised in the local press for two consecutive weeks from 23 July 2026.
