THE BARNET (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
In order to provide a parking facility to disabled blue badge holders who meet qualifying criteria, the general effect of the above Orders would be to provide designated disabled parking bays for use by motorists in their vehicles who display both a valid disabled blue badge and a dedicated disabled permit which would be applicable to each bay, outside the following locations:
9 Northbrook Road EN5, opposite 8 Brook Walk HA8 (by converting an area of permit holders only parking), 20 Fallow Court Avenue N12, 7 Dartmouth Road NW4 (by converting an existing general disabled permit holders only parking bay), 14 Benningholme Road HA8 (by converting an existing general disabled permit holders only parking bay), 9 Capel Close N20, 15 Nicoll Place NW4 (by converting a length of existing resident permit holders only parking bay), 15 Strode Close N10, 27 The Meads HA8 (by converting an area of permit holders only parking), 60 Pepys Crescent EN5, 38 Puller Road EN5, 75 Avondale Avenue EN5, 96 Oakwood Road NW11, 96 The Fairway NW7, 156 Colin Gardens NW9, 216 Long Lane N3, 95 Woodcote Avenue N20 (by converting an area of permit holders only parking), and Dalgety Court, Great Strand NW9 (by converting a resident permit holders only parking bay).
The proposed Order would also extend the existing designated disabled permit holder only parking bay outside 12 Balfour Grove N20 and reconfigure the existing designated disabled permit holder only parking bay on Blundell Road HA8, adjacent to 95 Blundell Road.
