DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY FOR OXFORDSHIRE
Fifield Footpath No. 1 (part) & Bridleway No. 10 (part)
Modification Order 2026
The above Order made on the 30 June 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them:-
– the public footpath running from The Green at grid reference SP 2407 1885 east-north-eastwards for 27m to the existing western end of Footpath No.1 at SP 2409 1886;
– and the public bridleway running from High Street at grid reference SP 2403 1889 north-eastwards for 174m to the existing southern end of Bridleway No. 10 at SP 2415 1901.

Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to Rights of Way Legal, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, Oxford OX1 1ND, or rightsofwaylegal@oxfordshire.gov.uk not later than 4 September 2026 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to an order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
