Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 13 August 2026 quoting the reference number. NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I give notice that Tate Mic Strategic Land Limited is applying to Wiltshire Council for Outline planning permission (PL/2026/02134) for up to 315 dwellings with associated access and infrastructure including Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace. All matters are reserved except for access and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and the associated documents submitted on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk.
