The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 13 August 2026 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I give notice that Tate Mic Strategic Land Limited is applying to Wiltshire Council for Outline planning permission (PL/2026/02134) for up to 315 dwellings with associated access and infrastructure including Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace. All matters are reserved except for access and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and the associated documents submitted on the Wiltshire Council website, www.wiltshire.gov.uk. Should members of the public wish to obtain CD copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent Mrs Nicky Brock, Carter Jonas LLP, Mayfield House, 256 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7DE.
