Ecroyd Street And Quin Street, Leyland - Revocation, Amendment To Permit Parking And Various Parking Restrictions

LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(ECROYD STREET AND QUIN STREET, LEYLAND, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION, AMENDMENT TO PERMIT PARKING AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, 45 and 46 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Quin Street, Leyland, South Ribble Borough) (Amendment to Permit Parking Provisions) Order 2017" in full.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Quin Street, Leyland, South Ribble Borough) (Part Revocation, Restriction of Waiting and Restriction of Waiting (Except for Residents Permit Holders) Order 2011" insofar as it relates to Schedule 2.
c) The "Lancashire County Council (South Ribble Borough Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Item (75) of Schedule 10.01;
ii. Items (23)a) of Schedule 11.070;
iii. Item (5) of Schedule 11.083;
iv. Item (13) of Schedule 14.25.
2. Amend the "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, South Ribble Borough Area) (Revocation and Introduction of Parking Places) Order 2015" as set out below
a) Remove Item (9) of Schedule 6.
b) Insert the following into Schedule 2 List of Eligible Properties

d) Quin Street, (North of John Street), Leyland, the east side, (eastern spur), from its junction with the centreline of John Street for a distance of 61 metres in a northerly direction;
e) Quin Street, (North of John Street), Leyland, the west side, (eastern spur), from its junction with the centreline of John Street for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction;
f) Quin Street, (North of John Street), Leyland, the west side, (eastern spur), from a point 54.5 metres north of its junction with the centreline of John Street for a distance of 6.5 metres in a northerly direction;
g) Quin Street (U5734), Leyland, the east side, from a point 36 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hough Lane to its junction with the centreline of John Street;
h) Quin Street (U5734), Leyland, the east side, from its junction with the centreline of Hough Lane for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction;
i) Quin Street (U5734), Leyland, the west side, from a point 100 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hough Lane to its junction with the centreline of Ecroyd Street;
j) Quin Street (U5734), Leyland, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Hough Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction.
4. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Saturday between 7am and 6pm in Quin Street (U5734), Leyland, the west side, from a point 13 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Hough Lane for a distance of 45 metres in a northerly direction.
5. Introduce a restriction of loading Monday to Saturday between 7am and 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Quin Street (U5734), Leyland, the east side, from its junction with the centreline of Hough Lane for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction;
b) Quin Street (U5734), Leyland, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Hough Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction.
