NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATION, PRESTON AND SOUTH RIBBLE) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS (26-27 NO1F)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Preston Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to Item (333)b) of Schedule 10.01;
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Various Roads, Preston City Area) (Revocation, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting, Prohibition and Restriction of Loading, Goods Vehicle Loading, Limited Waiting Parking Places, Taxi Stand and Disabled Parking Places) Order 2025" insofar as it relates to Item oooooo) of Schedule 2.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Back Withy Grove Road 15 To 37, Bamber Bridge, the north side, from a point 55 metres west from the eastern end of Back Withy Grove Road 15 to 37 for a distance of 8.5 metres in a westerly direction;
b) Back Withy Grove Road 15 To 37, Bamber Bridge, the east and south side, from a point 6.5 metres north from its junction with the centreline of Withy Grove Road for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly then 3.5 metres in an easterly direction;
c) Parkgate Drive, Leyland, both sides, from a point 294 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Royal Avenue around the turning head, in an easterly, southerly and westerly direction;
d) Pole Street, Preston, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Carlisle Street to its centreline junction with Lords Walk/Percy Street;
e) Royalty Lane, New Longton, both sides, from its junction with the centreline of Station Road for a distance of 32 metres in an easterly direction;
f) Station Lane, Preston, the south side, from a point 364 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Garstang Road for a distance of 23 metres in a westerly direction;
g) Station Lane, Preston, the south side, from a point 458 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Garstang Road for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction;
h) Station Road, New Longton, the east side, from a point 17 metres north of its junction with the centreline of Royalty Lane for a distance of 32 metres in a southerly direction;
i) Wellfield Road, Preston, the east side, from its junction with the centreline of Pedder Street to a point 11 metres southeast of its junction with the centreline of Ingot Street;
j) Wellfield Road, Preston, the east side, from a point 17 metres southeast of its junction with the centreline of Ingot Street to a point 14.5 metres southeast of its junction with the centreline Atholl Street.
3. Introduce a disabled persons parking place in Wellfield Road, Preston, the east side, from a point 11 metres southeast of its junction with the centreline of Ingot Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction.
