What is happening?

NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDER THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH 

(TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS) (AMENDMENT ORDERNO. 2026.2137360 - TRO REVIEW 16) ORDER

The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby intend to make the above named Orders:-

The effect of the order shall be to;
1. Add/Amend Parking Restrictions on lengths of the following roads:

Access Road To Cornwall Street West Car Park, Alexandra Road, Artillery Place, Barne Road, Bartholomew Road, Bell Close, Biggin Hill, Blunts Lane, Brookfield Close, Cecil Street, Cornwall Street West Car Park, Courtland Crescent, Crossway, Ernesettle Green, Estuary Way, Ford Hill Lane, Gibbon Lane, Greenlees Drive, Hardy Crescent, Herbert Street Lane South, Hoegate Street, Hunter Close, Kingston Drive, Kneele Gardens, Lambhay Hill, Linketty Lane West, Melville Road, Miers Close, Mount Street, Parkside, Ponsonby Road, Poole Park Road, Pym Street, Rennie Avenue, Rocky Park Road, Rodney Street, Roman Way, Ross Street, St Peters Road, Tavistock Place, Winnicott Close, Wolverwood Lane, Woodside.
