Notice is hereby given that the Council made Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Common Ln, Appleton (Prohibition of Driving)

Temporary Order 2026

The effect of which is to introduce a prohibition of driving on Common Ln from its jct. with Northwich Rd for a distance of 100m in an easterly direction. The Order will be effective from 7th August 2026 for 1 day. The alternative route will be via Northwich Rd, Well Ln, Common Ln & vice versa. The closure is required to allow Scottish Power to replace a transformer.
