City of Stoke-on-Trent (Traffic Regulation) (Registry Street -Disabled Parking) (No.7) Order, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Stoke on Trent made an Order on the 21 July 2026 under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The Order shall come into operation on the 27 July 2026. The effect of this Order is as follows: -
1. To designate parking places for disabled parking places for disabled vehicles in Registry St (SW Side) 42m south-east of its North Western extents for 13.2m.
2. To prohibit the waiting of vehicles at any time in:
a) Registry Street (NE Side) from Copeland St to its North Western extents.
b) Registry Street (SW side)
(i) from its North Western extents for 42m (ii) from 55m south-east of its North Western extents to Copeland St.
3. To revoke the provisions in so far as they are affected by the restrictions imposed by this Order.
A copy of this Order may be examined online at stoke.tarffweb.app via Traffic Orders.
If you wish to question the validity of this Order or any provision in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the above Act or on the grounds that the requirements of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
