Pleasington - Temporary Footpath Closure Due To Road Repair Works
What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN
FOOTPATH 16 (PART) PLEASINGTON TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using part of footpath 16 Pleasington referred to in the Schedule below due to repairs being carried out on Old Hall Lane.
The Order becomes effective on the 30th July 2026 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
