(Broadlea Mount, Bramley, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because carriageway and footway resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways; Leeds City Council has today made an Order the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Broadlea Mt, Bramley, Leeds in the Bramley & Stanningley Ward between its junctions with Broadlea St and Broadlea Tce. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Broadlea Tce, Broadlea Hl, Broadlea Rd; and Broadlea St, Broadlea Rd, Broadlea Pl, Broadlea Cr, Broad Ln The Order shall come into operation on Monday 27th July 2026 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 28th August 2026. The closure will be in place weekdays between 09:30 and 15:00 hrs on each day. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Britannia Road, Morley, Leeds 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because road closure and speed limit reduction to facilitate gas main replacement works being proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has made an Order the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Britannia Road, Morley, Leeds in the Morley South Ward between its junction with Foutain Street. A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Britannia Rd/Bridge St/Bruntcliffe Rd/Bruntcliffe Ln/Corporation St and vice versa. (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Parking) (Special Events) Order 2026 – Leeds United Friendly Fixtures 2026 – Lowfields Road

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of the likelihood of danger arising to the public in relation to the holding of football matches at Elland Rd, Leeds City Council, as traffic authority for the Leeds Metropolitan District, intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be that; 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along Lowfields Rd from its junction with Elland Rd up to the overpass with M621, on any day upon which a football match is to take place at Elland Rd Stadium (provided that such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with a particular match). Where necessary local diversions will be in operation, signed as appropriate. In relation to the road closure, the Order will come into effect an hour before the scheduled kick-off of each match and one hour after the final whistle of each match (approximately). 2. No vehicles will be permitted to use the existing 17 disabled spaces located on Lowfield’s Rd situated N of Stadium Way. Alternative disabled parking is to be provided within the park and ride site off Bobby Collins Way. In relation to the parking suspension the order shall come into effect at 00:01 on the date of each match listed. Friendly match day fixtures are scheduled to take place on 8 & 15 August 2026. Access for emergency services and pedestrians will be maintained to all premises situated on or adjacent to any road or part of road to be closed or to which restrictions apply including other premises accessible for pedestrians from and only from such a road. The Order is intended to come into operation at 00.01 hours on 8 August 2026. (Definitive Footpath Garforth No.25) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to health and safety concerns whilst carrying out maintenance and repairs to flood embankment including installation of new fencing: Leeds City Council has today made an Order in the interests of public safety, the effect of which shall be: No person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Garforth 25, from its junction with Definitive Footpath Garforth 26 to the junction with Main St, in the Kippax and Methley Ward (Garforth and Swillington Ward). A temporary diversion for the closure will be via Main St, Leeds Rd and Public Footpath Garforth 26. The Order shall come into operation on 27 July 2026. The closure will be in place from 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs Monday to Friday each week and to remain in force for up to 6 months. The works are expected to be completed by 7th August 2026. (Definitive Footpath Leeds No.103) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025 Extension

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a culvert has collapsed causing a hazard to users therefore in the interests of public safety the Order that was made by Leeds City Council on 12 June 2025 and extended on 12 June 2026, is to remain in force (with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport) until 12 December 2026; or until the completion of the works if earlier. The effect of the Order, as extended, is that no person shall proceed along Definitive Bridleways Bramhope No. 2 & Arthington No. 5, in the Adel and Wharfedale Ward; between their junctions with Creskeld Drive and Creskeld Lane. (Definitive Bridleways Bramhope No.2 & Arthington No.5) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025 Extension Notice Is Hereby Given that a culvert has collapsed causing a hazard to users therefore in the interests of public safety the Order that was made by Leeds City Council on 8 January 2026 and was due to expire on 8 July 2026 has been extended on 26 June 2026, is to remain in force (with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport) until 8 January 2027; or until the completion of the works if earlier. The effect of the Order, as extended, is that no person shall proceed along Definitive Footpath Aireborough 103; from its junction with Low Green to the junction with Cliffe Drive, Rawdon. A diversionary route will be available via Low Green, Leeds Road, Definitive Footpath Aireborough 98, Definitive Footpath Aireborough 105, Definitive Bridleway Aireborough 104.
