NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14th day ofJuly 2026 Cornwall Council made the above Orders operational from 17th day of August 2026 to regulate traffic in Crowlas and Ludgvan. The effect is to introduce and amend waiting restrictions along the lengths of roads specified below.
The Orders and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, please telephone 01872 327250 or email traffic@cormacltd.co.uk to obtain further information. Please quote reference Infra23-056 Part2 on all correspondence.
Any person wishing to question the validity of these Orders or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 14th day of July 2026, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
