(HENSHAW ROAD, TODMORDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Henshaw Road from Shaw Farm Cottage to 11 Hollins Villas for a distance of approximately 33 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 27th July 2026. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.

(SHAY LANE/HOLDSWORTH ROAD, HOLMFIELD)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Shay Lane/Holdsworth Road from Beechwood Avenue to Holmfield Industrial Estate for a distance of approximately 475 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Shay Lane, Keighley Road, Wrigley Hill, Whitehill Road, Moor Bottom Road, Holdsworth Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th August 2026. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.

(VICTORIA AVENUE, ELLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Victoria Avenue from No. 9 to No. 20 for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Victoria Avenue, Jepson Lane, Park Avenue. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 31st July 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(CORONATION TERRACE, RIPPONDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by OCU Group have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Coronation Terrace from No. 32 to No. 34 for a distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. No alternative route available – access will be maintained for residents. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 28th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 3rd August 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(FIELD TOP ROAD, RASTRICK)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Field Top Road from Foxcroft Drive to Oaklands for a distance of approximately 455 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Field Top Road, Castlefields Road, Castlefields Drive, Thornhill Road, Bramston Street, Thornhill Road, Lillands Lane, Oaklands and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 14th August 2026. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.

(LOWER EDGE ROAD, ELLAND)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Lower Edge Road from No. 23 to No. 35 for a distance of approximately 80 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Elland Lane, Elland Riorges Link, Dewsbury Road, New Hey Road, Delf Hill and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 29th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 31st July 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(SAVILE ROAD, HEBDEN BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Savile Road from King Street to No. 10 Savile Road for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via King Street, Church Lane, Mytholm Bank, Bank Terrace, and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 30th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 31st July 2026. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.

(COOPER LANE, SHELF)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Cooper Lane from vicinity of Cooper Lane to junction with Carr House Lane for a distance of approximately 40 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route for Cooper Lane is via Cooper Lane, Soaper Lane, Shelf Moor, Shelf Moor Road, Witchfield Hill, Carr House Road and vice versa. The alternative route for

Carr House Lane is Carr House Lane, Fairfield Avenue, Boltby Lane, Reevy Road West, Cooper Lane, Soaper Lane, Shelf Moor, Shelf Moor Road, Witchfield Hill, Carr House Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 31st July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 14th August 2026. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:00 & 17:00.

(WAKEFIELD ROAD, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Sapphire Utility Solutions have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Wakefield Road from its junction with Bolton Brow to No. 23 Wakefield Road for a distance of approximately 42 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Bolton Brow, Upper Bolton Brow, Rochdale Road, Skircoat Moor Road, Dryclough Lane, Huddersfield Road, Salterhebble Hill, Huddersfield Road, Stainland Road, Wakefield Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 27th July 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 31st August 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(JOHN STREET WEST, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Northern Gas Networks, intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of John Street West from its junction with Tuel Lane to Chester Street for a distance of approximately 75 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Tuel Lane, Clay Street, Chester Street, Edward Street and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th August 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 25th August 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(SOWERBY CROFT LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Spectrum Comms Solutions Ltd, intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Sowerby Croft Lane from Back Sowerby Croft to Scar Head Road/Watson Mill Lane for a distance of approximately 77 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via the unaffected part of Sowerby Croft Lane, Boggart Lane, Bank Road, Scar Head Road, Bridge Street, West Street, the unaffected part of Watson Mill Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th August 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd August 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(TOWNGATE, HEPTONSTALL)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Towngate from No. 50 to The White Lion for a distance of approximately 35 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Heptonstall Road, Lee Wood Road, Draper Lane, Smithwell Lane. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 10th August 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 14th August 2026. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.

(WATSON MILL LANE, SOWERBY BRIDGE)

The alternative route is via unaffected part of Sowerby Croft Lane, Boggart Lane, Bank Road, Scar Head Road, Bridge Street, West Street, the unaffected part of Watson Mill Lane and vice versa. (ROPER GREEN, MIXENDEN)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Ward and Burke Construction Ltd, intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Roper Green from Crag Lane to Roper Gardens for a distance of approximately 82 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. The alternative route is via Crag Lane, Mixenden Road, Dodgeholme Road. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 11th August 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 11th August 2026. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 09:30 & 14:30.

(VICTORIA DRIVE, NORTHOWRAM)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Yorkshire Water, intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Victoria Drive from No. 2 to No. 4 for a distance of approximately 13.5 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 11th August 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 12th August 2026. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:00 & 07:00.

(COPPY NOOK LANE, HEBDEN BRIDGE)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by OCU Group, intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Coppy Nook Lane, from its junction with Weather Hill Lane to Old House Farm for a distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via High Stones Road, Folly Hall Lane, unaffected part of Coppy Nook Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 12th August 2026 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 18th August 2026. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Northern Gas Networks, intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Alegar Street, from No. 8 to junction with Wakefield Road for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council, because of works by Northern Gas Networks, intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of George Street, from No. 7 to junction with Wakefield Road for a distance of approximately 37 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles is maintained to closure point.
