What is happening?

North Yorkshire Council, Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpaths 05.43/16/3 Wigglesworth & 05.35/40/1 Rathmell, Order 2026 No 86

Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpaths 05.43/16/3 in the parish of Wigglesworth & 05.35/40/1 in the parish of Rathmell, between grid reference SD79665851 & SD79955943 due to an unsafe bridge has been continued in force for a further 12 months until 09/08/27 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport.
