NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders:

(i) To make permanent the existing dockless cycle hire parking places introduced by way of a temporary traffic order at 42 locations as detailed below:-

  1. The Avenue N10 – Northeast side: Opposite the junction with Dukes Avenue (4.8 metre length).

  2. Warwick Road N11 – Northwest side: Opposite the flank wall of Ranelagh pub (6 metre length). Replaces shared use pay by phone/resident permit parking.

  3. Brownlow Road N11 – West side: Outside flat No.1 (2 Maidstone Road) (6 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  4. Whittington Road N22 – East side: Opposite No.67 (6 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking, 1 metre of adjacent double yellow lines to be installed between the bay and the crossing.

  5. Buckingham Road N22 – Northeast side: Outside No.1 (4.8 metre length). Replaces single yellow line.

  6. High Road N17 – West side: Outside B&M car park (6 metre length, in footway).

  7. Penshurst Road N17 – East side: Opposite flat No.14 (6 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

  8. White Hart Lane N17 – North side: Opposite Fryatt Road (4.8 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

  9. Elder Avenue N8 – North side: adjacent to No.45 Topsfield Parade (4.8 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

  10. Weston Park N8 – South side: Outside No.1 (4.8 metre length). Replaces pay by phone parking, adjacent loading bay to be extended by approximately 1.2 metres.

  11. Endymion Road N4 – North side: Outside No.48 (4.8 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  12. Umfreville Road N4 – North side: Adjacent to No.385 Green Lanes (4.8 metre length). Replaces shared use pay by phone/resident permit parking.

  13. Cavendish Road N4 – North side: Adjacent to No.429 Green Lanes (7.8 metre length). Replaces pay by phone parking.

  14. Warham Road N4 – North side: Adjacent to No.509 Green Lanes (6 metre length). Replaces pay by phone parking.

  15. Hewitt Road N8 – North side: Adjacent to No.555 Green Lanes (4.8 metre length). Replaces shared use pay by phone parking/resident permit parking.

  16. Beresford Road N8 – North side: Adjacent to No.595 Green Lanes (4.8 metre length). Replaces pay by phone parking.

  17. Fairfax Road N8 – North side: Adjacent to No.643 Green Lanes (4.8 metre length). Replaces pay by phone parking.

  18. Chesterfield Gardens N4 – South side: Adjacent to No.34 Green Lanes (4.8 metre length). Replaces pay by phone parking.

  19. High Street N8 – North side: Outside No.67 (Great Northern Railway Tavern Pub) (4.8 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  20. Etheldene Avenue N10 – South side: Opposite the flank wall of No.205 Park Road (4.8 metre length).

  21. Whymark Avenue N22 – Southeast side: Adjacent to No.14 High Road (4.8 metre length). Replaces shared use pay by phone/resident permit parking.

  22. Alexandra Road N22 – East side: Adjacent to No.133 High Road (4.8 metre length). Replaces shared use motorcycle parking/loading only bay which is to be extended by 4.8 metres at the southern end by shortening the adjacent double yellow lines.

  23. Willoughby Lane N17 (1) – South side: Opposite No.181/183 (4.8 metre length). Replaces shared use pay by phone/resident permit parking.

  24. Willoughby Lane N17 (2) – West side: Opposite No.12 (9.8 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  25. Westerfield Road N15 – Northeast side: Adjacent to No.687 Seven Sisters Road (4.8 metre length). Replaces single yellow line.

  26. Ashmount Road N15 – North side: Opposite the flank wall of No.214–218 Anna House (4.45 metre length). Replaces double yellow lines.

  27. Stapleton Hall Road N4 – East side: Outside No.72. Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  28. Perth Road N4 – Southeast side: Outside No.17a (Faltering Fullback pub) (4.8 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  29. Victoria Road N4 – Southeast side: Adjacent to No.38 Stapleton Hall Road (6 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  30. Spur Road N15 – East side: Outside No.3/5 (4.8 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

  31. Jansons Road N15 – West side: Adjacent to No.89 Philip Lane (3.55 metre length). Replaces resident permit holders only parking.

  32. Mill Mead Road N17 – East side: At junction with Ferry Lane (in footway, 6 metre length).

  33. Watermead Way N17 – East side: Northeast from junction with Cygnet Way opposite pedestrian crossing (in footway, 6 metre length).

    1. Langham Road N15 – Outside No.274 (in footway, 6 metre length).

    2. Compton Crescent N17 (1) – Opposite No.7 (in footway, 4.8 metre length).

    3. Compton Crescent N17 (2) – Opposite Bozca-der community centre access road (in footway, 4.8 metre length).

    4. Devonshire Hill Lane N17 – North side: Opposite No.39 (4.8 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

    5. Waltheof Avenue N17 – West side: Adjacent to No.342 Lordship Lane (4.8 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

    6. Lascotts Road N22 – South side: adjacent to No.479 High Road (4.8 metre length). Replaces shared use pay by phone/permit holders parking.

    7. Wolves Lane N22 – East side: Outside No.59 (4.8 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

    8. White Hart Lane N22 – West side: Opposite No.9 Park View Gardens (4.8 metre length). Replaces permit holders only parking.

    9. Salisbury Road N22 – West side: Adjacent to No.629 Lordship Lane (4.8 metre length). Replaces shared use pay by phone/permit holders parking.

    (ii) To make map-based changes on the following roads to ensure the Council’s internal map based records match the restrictions on the ground (no changes will be made to the restrictions on site):

    • To adjust the double yellow lines on Mill Mead Road N17 at the junction with Ferry Lane in accordance with the footway.

    A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

    Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representation should send grounds for their objection via the online portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey or alternatively email traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk or write to Traffic Orders, Parking Projects Team, Alexandra House, 4th floor, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR quoting reference 2026-T21 by 12th August 2026.
