PERMANENT AMENDMENT NOTICE
THE SAFETY OF SPORTS GROUNDS ACT 1975

IN RELATION TO THE COVENTRY BUILDING SOCIETY ARENA, JUDDS LANE, LONGFORD, COVENTRY CV6 6GE

Being the holder of the General Safety Certificate for The Coventry Building Society Arena, Judds Lane, CV6 6GE, notice is hereby given that under Section 5 (5) of the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975, the previous General Safety Certificate issued under the Act shall be amended as set out below:

The amendment has been issued to incorporate changes to the named qualified person. This change will be effective from 17th July 2026.

Notes – A copy of the amended certificate is available on request from buildingcontrol@coventry.gov.uk Rights of appeal against this notice are contained in section 5 of the Safety at Sports Grounds Act 1975 as amended by The Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sports Act 1987. Such an appeal must be made to a Magistrates Court within 28 days from the date of service of this notice.
