Hinton Manor Lane - Temporary Road Closure Due To Clean Water Connection Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - HINTON MANOR LANE, HORNDEAN, EAST HAMPSHIRE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Hinton Manor Lane between its junction with Hambledon Road hand its junction with Road Through Hinton Manor Lane and Downhouse Road
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Hambledon Road, Redhouse Lane, Downhouse Lane, Lovedean Lane, Hinton Manor Lane.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 3rd August 2026 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 11 days and this order will be in operation 24 hours a day).
