Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of July 2026 the City of Doncaster Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act, 1984.
The effect of the Order that will come into operation on the 27th day of July 2026 will be:
1. To revoke the existing limited waiting bays on the north east, south east and south west sections of Marsh Gate, Doncaster
2. To introduce new “Pay-by-Phone” limited waiting bays in the same locations, as listed below.
3. The charges applicable to these bays, charging hours and classes of vehicle permitted to use are shown in the table to this notice.

a.m. and 4.45 p.m. Monday to Friday or on the City of Doncaster Council Website via the following link

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by
the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with
in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from the 22nd day of July 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose. (PO770)
