(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton
City Council propose to make an Order under Section
14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as
substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions)
Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on the
following stretches of road:
· Dale Street parking bays closed from opposite
properties 2 to 25 to its junction with Graiseley
Street.
· Russell Street parking bays closed from opposite
properties 1 to 9 to its junction with Zoar Street.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of
eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will
be undertaken from 3rd August 2026 until 3rd February
2028 daily between 09:30 and 15:30 only.
The Order is required to facilitate development works by
Keon Homes.
