OLD SAWLEY GRANGE, SAWLEY
PUBLIC PATH CREATION ORDER 2025
The above Order, made on 17 March 2025, under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980, will create the footpath from the northern corner of no.1 Sawley Grange Barn at SD 7930 4679 ('C'), in an easterly direction, crossing an access track, a boundary fence and a pasture, to meet the telecommunications mast access track at SD 7947 4679 ('B').
The Order will amend the Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Lancashire accordingly.
A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at my offices from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of £1.00.
Any representations about, or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, PO Box 100, County Hall, Preston, PR1 0LD (REF: LSG4/SBS1/888_4080) not later than 20 August 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Lancashire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
