GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A477 (CYFFORDD MYNEGBOST NASH, SIR BENFRO) (TERFYN CYFLYMDER 40 MYA A GWAHARDD TROEON PEDOL) 202-

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn drwy arfer eu pwerau o dan adrannau 1(1), 2(1), 2(2), 84(1)(a), 84(2) a 124(3)(b) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984.

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd:

(a) Gosod terfyn cyflymder o 40 mya ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A477 sy’n ymestyn o bwynt 57 o fetrau i’r gorllewin o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â’r lôn sy’n arwain at Lower Nash tua’r dwyrain a leolir 416 o fetrau i’r dwyrain o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â ffordd yr U6357 sy’n arwain at Upper Nash, Sir Benfro.

(b) Gwahardd pob cerbyd rhag gwneud troeon pedol o un gerbytffordd i gerbytffordd arall drwy’r bwlch yn y llain ganol gyferbyn â chyffordd cefnffordd yr A477 â ffordd sirol Dosbarth 1 yr A4075 i Benfro, Sir Benfro.

Bydd Gorchymyn Cefnffordd yr A477 (Cyffordd Mynegbost Nash, Sir Benfro) (Cyfyngiad a Gwaharddiad Traffig Dros Dro) 2025 (O.S. 2025/980 (Cy. 172)) wedi ei ddirymu gan y Gorchymyn arfaethedig.

Yn ystod cyfnod o 21 o ddiwrnodau o 22 Gorffennaf 2026 ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopi o’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, y Datganiad o’r Rhesymau dros wneud y Gorchymyn, y plan a’r Gorchymyn sy’n cael ei ddirymu, yn rhad ac am ddim, yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol yn Llyfrgell Doc Penfro, Water Street, Doc Penfro, SA72 6DW ac yn Llyfrgell Penfro, Commons Road, Penfro SA71 4EA.

THE A477 TRUNK ROAD (NASH FINGERPOST JUNCTION, PEMBROKESHIRE) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT AND PROHIBITION OF U-TURNS) ORDER 202-

THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under sections 1(1), 2(1), 2(2), 84(1)(a), 84(2) and 124(3)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the proposed Order will be:

(a) To impose a 40 mph speed limit on the length of the A477 trunk road that extends from a point located 57 metres to the west of the centre of its junction with the lane leading to Lower Nash to a point located 416 metres to the east of the centre of its junction with the U6357 road leading to Upper Nash, Pembrokeshire.

(b) To prohibit all vehicles from making U-turns from one carriageway to another through the gap in the central reservation situated opposite the junction of the A477 trunk road with the Class 1 A4075 county road to Pembroke, Pembrokeshire.

The A477 Trunk Road (Nash Fingerpost Junction, Pembrokeshire) (Temporary Traffic Restriction & Prohibition) Order 2025 (S.I. 2025/980 (W 172)) will be revoked by the proposed Order.

During a period of 21 days from 22 July 2026, a copy of the proposed Order, plan, Statement of Reasons for making the Order and the Order being revoked may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at Pembroke Dock Library, Water Street, Pembroke Dock, SA72 6DW and at Pembroke Library, Commons Road, Pembroke SA71 4EA.

Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made and quoting reference number qA2443980 must be sent in writing to the Welsh Government, Orders Branch, Transport, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ by 11 August 2026.

Should you wish to object, support or make representations, the Welsh Government may need to consult with people and organisations outside the Welsh Government. As part of the consultation process we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to address the issues raised. If you do not wish your personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state why when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a local Public Inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
