Ar 20fed Mai 2026, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin y Gorchymyn uchod o dan Adran 119 o Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980. Effaith y Gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd yw dargyfeirio llwybrau troed cyhoeddus 21/30 a 21/33, fel a ganlyn:

21/30 yn rhedeg o bwynt wrth nant sy'n croesi 70 metr i'r gogledd o Fferm Abercorran yn SN2755124 ac yn mynd tua'r de rhwng adeiladau fferm i gwrdd â llwybr troed cyhoeddus 21/33 yn SN27601200, i linell sy'n rhedeg o bwynt wrth nant sy'n croesi 70 metr i'r gogledd o adeiladau Fferm Abercorran yn SN2755124 ac yn mynd tua'r de, gan groesi nant fach trwy gyfrwng pont droed. Yna'n rhedeg ar hyd ochr orllewinol ffos draenio i gwrdd â llwybr troed cyhoeddus 21/33 yn SN27561202, fel y dangosir ar fap y gorchymyn; a 21/33 yn rhedeg o bwynt mewn cae agored, tua 24 metr i'r dwyrain o nant fach yn SN27461199, mae'r llwybr yn mynd tua'r dwyrain, yn croesi ffos ac yn parhau i'w gyffordd â llwybr troed cyhoeddus 21/30 mewn pwynt i'r de o adeiladau fferm Abercorran yn SN27601200, i linell yn rhedeg o bwynt mewn cae agored, tua 24 metr i'r dwyrain o nant fach yn SN27461199, mae'r llwybr yn mynd tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain yna'n ddwyrain i gwrdd â llwybr troed cyhoeddus 21/30 yn SN27561202. Gan groesi ffos draenio dros bont, mae'r llwybr yn parhau tua'r de-ddwyrain i gwrdd â llwybr troed cyhoeddus 21/30 yn SN27601200, a 21/33 gan ddechrau wrth giât cae tua 25 metr i'r gorllewin o Fferm Glancorran yn SN28311195, mae'r llwybr yn mynd tua'r de-ddwyrain trwy adeiladau fferm Glancorran i gwrdd â thrac wrth fynedfa iard yn SN28371191, i linell sy'n rhedeg o giât cae tua 25 metr i'r gorllewin o Fferm Glancorran yn SN28311195, mae'r llwybr yn mynd tua'r dwyrain trwy badog bach i giât cae yn SN28341195. Mae'r llwybr troed yn parhau tua'r dwyrain ac yn mynd dros gwlfert fach a thrwy giât cae arall yn SN28361194 cyn troi tua'r de i gwrdd â thrac wrth fynedfa iard yn SN28371191, a 21/33 gan ddechrau ar drac fferm tua 285 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o Fferm Glancorran yn SN28651177, mae'r llwybr yn mynd tua'r dwyrain ac yn mynd trwy wrych aeddfed i mewn i gae agored. Mae'n parhau tua'r dwyrain cyn mynd trwy'r gwrych aeddfed eto i gwrdd â'r un trac fferm yn SN28761171, i linell sy'n rhedeg o drac fferm tua 285 metr i'r dwyrain o Fferm Glancorran yn SN28651177, mae'r llwybr yn mynd tua'r dwyrain ar hyd y trac i ymuno â llinell bresennol y llwybr yn SN28761171, fel y dangosir ar fap y gorchymyn.

Mae copi o'r gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd a map y gorchymyn wedi'u gosod a gellir eu gweld yn rhad ac am ddim yn swyddfeydd Tîm Mynediad i Gefn Gwlad Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin ym Mharc Coetir Mynydd Mawr, Heol Hirwaun Olau, Y Tymbl, Llanelli SA14 6HU, rhwng 10am a 3pm ar ddydd Llun a dydd Mercher, neu drwy apwyntiad ymlaen llaw. Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym o 4ydd Mehefin 2026, ond os yw person sydd wedi'i dramgwyddo gan y Gorchymyn eisiau cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sydd ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn pwerau Deddf Priffyrdd 1980, fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu ar y sail nad yw unrhyw ofynion o'r Ddeddf, fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf wedi'u cydymffurfio â'r gorchymyn, caiff ef neu hi, o dan Baragraff 2 o Atodlen 2 i'r Ddeddf fel y'i cymhwysir gan Baragraff 5 o Atodlen 6 i'r Ddeddf, o fewn chwe (6) wythnos o 15fed Gorffennaf 2026, wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys.

Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod, a wnaed ar 17eg Mehefin 2026, os caiff ei gadarnhau fel y'i gwnaed, yn addasu'r Map a'r Datganiad Diffiniol ar gyfer yr ardal drwy ddileu Llwybr Troed 30/80 ohonynt sy'n dechrau ar lwybr mewn coetir yn SN47140945 ac yn mynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad de-orllewinol tuag at gwrs dŵr wedi'i bontio. Gan barhau i gyfeiriad de-orllewinol, mae'r llwybr yn gwyro oddi wrth y llwybr ac, gan barhau i'r de-orllewin, mae'n mynd i mewn i gwrtil Penllain yn SN46910926. Yna mae'r llwybr yn croesi cwrs dŵr heb bont ac yn parhau i ardd Penllain, gan basio rhwng Bwthyn Penllain ac adeilad allanol, cyn gadael cwrtil yr eiddo i ymuno â'r llwybr mewn pwynt i'r gorllewin o Benllain yn SN46830922, lle mae'n dod i ben; ac ychwanegu atynt Llwybr Troed 30/80 sy'n dechrau ar lwybr mewn coetir yn SN47140945 ac yn mynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol i groesi cwrs dŵr. NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 21/30 and 21/33, ABERCORRAN, LLANDDOWROR AND LLANMILOE PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2020

On 20th May 2026, Carmarthenshire County Council confirmed the above Order under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert public footpaths 21/30 and 21/33, as follows:

21/30 running from a point by a stream crossing 70 metres north of Abercorran Farm at SN2755124 and heading south between farm buildings to meet public footpath 21/33 at SN27601200, to a line running from a point by a stream crossing 70 metres north of Abercorran Farm buildings at SN2755124 and heading south, crossing a small stream by means of a footbridge. Then running along the west side of a drainage ditch to meet public footpath 21/33 at SN27561202, as shown on the order map; and 21/33 running from a point in an open field, approximately 24 metres east of a small stream at SN27461199, the path heads east, crosses a ditch and continues to its junction with public footpath 21/30 at a point south of Abercorran farm buildings at SN27601200, to a line running from a point in an open field, approximately 24 metres east of a small stream at SN27461199, the path heads north-east then east to meet public footpath 21/30 at SN27561202. Heading across a drainage ditch via a bridge, the path continues south-east to meet public footpath 21/30 at SN27601200, and 21/33 commencing at a field gate approximately 25 metres west of Glancorran Farm at SN28311195, the path heads south-east through Glancorran farm buildings to meet a track on the entrance to a yard at SN28371191, to a line running from a field gate approximately 25 metres west of Glancorran Farm at SN28311195, the path heads east through a small paddock to a field gate at SN28341195. The footpath continues east and passes over a small culvert and through another field gate at SN28361194 before turning south to meet a track on the entrance to a yard at SN28371191, and 21/33 commencing on a farm track approximately 285 metres south-east of Glancorran Farm at SN28651177, the path heads in an easterly direction and passes through a mature hedgerow into an open field. It continues east before passing through the mature hedgerow again to meet the same farm track at SN28761171, to a line running from a farm track approximately 285 metres east of Glancorran Farm at SN28651177, the path heads east along the track to join the existing line of the path at SN28761171, as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order as confirmed and the order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Carmarthenshire County Council’s Countryside Access Team at Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Heol Hirwaun Olau, Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6HU, between the hours of 10am and 3pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, or by prior appointment. The Order comes into force as from 4th June 2026, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the ground that any requirements of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, he or she may, under Paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by Paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 of the Act, within six (6) weeks from 15th July 2026, make an application to the High Court.

DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE COUNTY OF CARMARTHENSHIRE
CARMARTHENSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH 30/80 (PART), LLANGYNDEYRN) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2026

The above Order, made on 17th June 2026, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by deleting from them Footpath 30/80 commencing on a track in woodland at SN47140945 and proceeding in a south-westerly direction towards a bridged watercourse. Continuing in a south-westerly direction, the path diverges from the track and, continuing south-westerly, it enters the curtilage of Penllain at SN46910926. The path then crosses an unbridged watercourse and continues into Penllain’s garden, passing between Penllain Cottage and an outbuilding, before exiting the property’s curtilage to join the track at a point west of Penllain at SN46830922, where it terminates; and adding to them Footpath 30/80 commencing on a track in woodland at SN47140945 and proceeding in a north-westerly direction to cross a watercourse. The path then turns south-westerly through woodland to join a track at SN46900928 and continues along the track in a south-westerly direction, across a stream south of Rhas Cottage via a bridge, past the north side of Penllain, to terminate at a point on the track west of Penllain at SN46830922.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of Carmarthenshire County Council’s Countryside Access Team at Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park, Heol Hirwaun Olau, Tumble, Llanelli SA14 6HU, between the hours of 10am and 3pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, or by prior appointment. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Carmarthenshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to Welsh Government’s Planning and Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW), may itself confirm the Order.

If the Order is submitted to PEDW, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with it.
