Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. 29504/APP/2025/2818, dated 23-02-26 (Erection of two-storey wraparound side and rear extension) to [Replacement of first floor rear windows with Juliette balconies] (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip Village Conservation Area).

Ref: 3837/APP/2026/1492 50 Church Road, West Drayton. Proposal: Proposed Enlargement of Existing Vehicular Entrance and Conservation Repairs to Grade II Listed Boundary Wall. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of West Drayton Green Conservation Area) and (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the Listed Building(s) in the vicinity of the development).

Proposal: Repair and reinstatement works following emergency dry rot removal and treatment to interior (Listed Building) (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the Listed Building(s) in the vicinity of the development).

Ref: 30417/APP/2026/1559 26 Milton Court, Ickenham. Proposal: Erection of a side facing dormer (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ickenham Village Conservation Area).
