Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dim cyn na 7 diwrnod o 22 Gorffennaf 2026 a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r rhanau o ffyrdd y cyfeirir atynt yr Atodlen isod.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn caniatáu i Scottish Power Energy Networks ymgymryd â gwaith trwodd. Bydd y ffordd yn agored i gerddwyr drwy gydol cyfnod cau.

Nid oes llwybrau eraill ar gael.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 10 Awst 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis ond fe’i diddymir cyn hynny os cyflawnir y gwaith yn gynt. Disgwylir i’r gwaith barhau tan tua 14 Awst 2026.

Darnau o ffyrdd yn Y Rhyl yn Sir Ddinbych

1. Llys Alwen; yn ymestyn i gyfeiriad y gorllewin o bwynt 15 metr i’r dwyrain o’i chyffordd â Llys Delyn am bellter o tua 30 metr.

2. Llys Delyn; yn ymestyn i gyfeiriad y de o’i chyffordd â Llys Alwen am bellter o tua 20 metr.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

LLYS ALWEN AND LLYS DELYN, RHYL

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 22nd July 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the lengths of road in the Schedule below.

The closure is necessary to facilitate electrical works by Scottish Power Energy Networks. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

There are no alternative routes available.

The Order is effective from 10th August 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 14th August 2026.

Schedule

Lengths of road at Rhyl in the County of Denbigh

1. Llys Alwen; extending westward from a point 15 metres east of its junction with Llys Delyn for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

2. Llys Delyn; extending southwards from its junction Llys Alwen for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
