Road Traffic Acts - Highways Act 1980 Section 90a-F Road Humps And The Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 - Introduce Raised Tables
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Council of The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham proposes to make the following traffic calming measures;
1. To introduce 75mm high raised tables across the entire width of the carriageway with 1:20 gradient ramps at the following locations:
a. Dagenham Road, from a point 16.3 metres south of the extended common boundary of Nos. 183 and 185 Dagenham Road for 8 metres (including on/off gradients) in a southerly direction.
Full details of the proposals are shown on a plan, which may be viewed on the Councils website by visiting the following webpage: https://www.lbbd.gov.uk/parking/parking-area, and selecting ‘New and proposed traffic and parking schemes’ or available for inspection at: The Adult Library, First Floor, Barking Learning Centre, Barking, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Persons desiring to comment on the proposed raised table should send a statement of their objection and the grounds thereof in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent for the attention of: Ashleigh March, to the address below, within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice or by visiting the council website and following the link below:
