NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Upper Mills Energy (Rugeley) Limited – application to vary (not comply with) conditions 1 (Documents and Plans), 7 (Flood Risk and Surface Water Drainage Design Scheme), 8 (Preliminary Ecological Appraisal), 12 (Layout of access drive, parking, servicing and turning areas), 19 (external materials), 21, (Odour Management Plan), 22 (Dust Management Plan), 23 (Pest Management Plan), 24 (noise assessment), 25 (acoustic barriers), 27 (feedstock), 30 (external lighting), and 31 (landscaping) of planning permission ref. S.18/09/4126 W to amend the site layout including changes to the drainage, ecology, construction traffic, external materials, noise mitigation, external lighting, and feedstock on Land adjacent to the Severn Trent Water Sewage Treatment Works, Lichfield Road, Rugeley. The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated as land lies within the Green Belt. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 21/7/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic proceeding along:

Walton Hurst Ln, Walton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB150088291. The Order will come into operation on 23/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date.

It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecom pole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Brockton Hall, Brockton. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB150069727. The Order will come into operation on 23/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date.
It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecom pole works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the telecoms repair, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Chatcull Ln, Chatcull. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/ ?tm=GB149932653. The Order will come into operation on 24/7/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date.
It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT pole replacement works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:

The Order will come into operation on 12/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed on the same day. The Order will come into operation on 11/8/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed the same day.
