THE HILLINGDON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) TRAFFIC ORDER 2024 (AMENDMENT NO. 18) ORDER 2026
THE HILLINGDON (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (HILLINGDON HOSPITAL PARKING MANAGEMENT SCHEME) HH ZONES (AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2026

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 17th July 2026 it made the above Orders to:

1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 44 Yeading Lane, Hayes
ii) On Savoy Avenue rear of Nos. 48 & 50 Cleave Avenue, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 6 Denbigh Drive, Hayes

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 11 Sylvana Close, Hillingdon
ii) Outside No. 33 Marvell Avenue, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 103 Cleave Avenue, Hayes

4. Remove part of the Zone HH permit holder parking place outside No. 17 Beechwood Avenue, Hillingdon and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.

Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 27th July 2026 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF ‘AT ANY TIME’ WAITING RESTRICTIONS
BERKELEY CLOSE, RUISLIP – On the inside of the corner outside Nos. 53 & 54 Berkeley Close.
HORTON ROAD, YIEWLSEY – Convert existing waiting restriction and extend double yellow lines west of the junction with Crown Way by 13.8 metres.
GREENCROFT AVENUE, RUISLIP – At the junction with Whitby Road.
WHITBY ROAD, RUISLIP – At the junction with Greencroft Avenue.
STARVEALL CLOSE, WEST DRAYTON – On the corner behind No. 2 Brickfields Way.
THE CHASE, EASTCOTE – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 95 The Chase to a new total length of 10 metres.
