ORDER 2023 (AMENDMENT NO. 42) ORDER 2026
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 17th July 2026 it made the above Orders to:
1. Revoke the off-street traffic order for the disabled bays on western side of the Civic Centre, Uxbridge forecourt.
2. Convert the existing pay and display parking bays opposite Nos. 225 to 228 High Street, Uxbridge to create two blue badge disabled parking bays and one motorcycle parking place operational ‘at all times’.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 27th July 2026 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk.
If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
