NOTICEISHEREBYGIVENthattheWolverhampton
CityCouncilproposetomakeanOrderunderSection
14(1)(a)oftheRoadTrafficRegulationAct1984,as
substituted bytheRoad Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991,prohibitingvehiclesfrom
proceedingonthefollowingstretchofroad:
• ChurchRoad closed one way inawesterly
direction,atitsjunctionwithThreeTunsLaneto
sideofproperty56.Egresstobemaintainedatthe
junctionwithThreeTunsLane.
The Order may operate for a maximum periodof
eighteenmonths,butitisanticipatedthattheworkswill
beundertakenfrom3rdAugust2026until5thAugust
2026.
The vehicular diversion route is: Three TunsLane,
StaffordRoad.
TheOrderisrequired tofacilitateworksfor a large
washoutinstallbySevernTrentWater.
