THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(EVERINGHAM BRIDLEWAY NO’S 2,3
AND 13) PUBLIC PATH CREATION
ORDER 2026
The above Order made on 15 July 2026 under
Section 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create:
a) a bridleway some 106 metres in length commencing
on Everingham Bridleway No 3 at Grid Reference
SE 8358 4213 leading west-south-westerly to meet
Everingham Bridleway No 13 at Grid Reference SE
8348 4209:
b) a bridleway some 45 metres in length commencing
at Everingham Bridleway No 13 at Grid Reference SE
8350 4202 and leading southerly to Grid Reference
SE 8350 4197;
c) a bridleway some 206 metres in length commencing
at Everingham Bridleway No 2 at Grid Reference
SE 8341 4196 leading easterly for some 89 metres
to point D then continuing easterly for some 117
metres to meet Everingham Bridleway No 3 at Grid
Reference SE 8362 4198; and
d) a bridleway some 561 metres in length commencing
at Everingham Bridleway No 3 at Grid Reference
SE 8362 4196 leading westerly for some 46 metres
then south-south-easterly for some 449 metres then
turning east-north-easterly then south-easterly for
some 66 metres to meet Everingham Bridleway No 3
at Grid Reference SE 8371 4151;
as shown on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen
free of charge at Beverley Customer Service Centre,
Champney Road, Beverley, HU17 8HE and Market
Weighton Customer Service Centre, East Riding
Wictsun Centre, 14 Beverley Road, Market Weighton,
YO43 3JP during normal business hours.
Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at
the price of Five pounds (£5.00).
Any representation or objection to the Order may
be sent in writing to Director of Legal & Democratic
Services, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall,
Beverley, HU17 9BA so as to be received by him not
later than 5pm on 21 August 2026.
Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly
made or if any so made are withdrawn, East Riding
of Yorkshire Council may confirm the Order as an
unopposed Order.
If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of
State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any
representations or objections which have not been
withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
