THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(EVERINGHAM BRIDLEWAY NOS 2 AND 3)
PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT
ORDER 2026

The above Order made on 15 July 2026 under
Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish
the full width of a section of Everingham Bridleway
No 3 some 300 metres in length commencing at Grid

Reference SE 8358 4213 leading southerly then south-
westerly for some 99 metres to Grid Reference SE

8355 4204 then leading south-easterly for some 101
metres to Grid Reference SE 8362 4198, as shown on
the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order
map may be seen free of charge at Beverley Customer
Service Centre, Champney Road, Beverley, HU17 8HE
and Market Weighton Customer Service Centre,
East Riding Wictsun Centre, 14 Beverley Road, Market
Weighton, YO43 3JP during normal business hours.
Copies of the Order and map may be bought there at
the price of Five pounds (£5.00).
Any representation or objection to the Order may
be sent in writing to Director of Legal & Democratic
Services, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, County Hall,
Beverley, HU17 9BA so as to be received by him not
later than 5pm on 21 August 2026.
Please state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made or
if any so made are withdrawn, East Riding of Yorkshire
Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed
Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary
of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any
representations or objections which have been duly
made and not been withdrawn will be sent with the
Order.
