(Queens Drive) (Temporary 40 MPH Speed Limit) Order, 2026.

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, the effect of which will be to vary The City Council of Liverpool (North - Part 2 Moving Vehicle Offences) (Consolidation) Order, 2006, so as to include within Schedule 13 the 40mph Speed Limit Restrictions on: (i) Queens Drive, Walton, from Walton Hall Avenue to Townsend Avenue; (ii) Queens Drive, West Derby, from Townsend Avenue to Derby Lane; & (iii) Queens Drive, Stoneycroft, from Derby Lane to Bowring Park Road/Broad Green Road, from the 9 August 2026 to 9 February 2028.
