THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14
The Council has made an order, operative from 27 July 2026 for 1 day approx. (9.30am - 2pm), the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from Ralnshaw Street from Blackburn Rd to Back Primrose St to allow manhole repair works to take place. Alternate route will be via Ashworth Lane. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
