NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 17/8/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 28/8/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. 

Roads affected: ROAD HEADING SOUTHWEST FROM MOORLAND GATE PAST FURZE COTTAGE FARM, BEAFORD.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Cowflop Cross To Dolton Beacon Cross, Dolton Beacon Cross To Torches Corner, Woolleigh Cross To Torches Corner, Woolleigh Bridge To Woolleigh Cross, New Bridge To Woolleigh Bridge, New Road, Calf Street, Hatchmoor Road, Hatchmoor Road To High Bullen, High Bullen Garage To Cranford Cross, Cranford Cross To Langridgeford Bridge, Langridgeford Cross To Langridge Cross, Langridge Cross To Eastacombe Farm, Eastacombe Farm To Rose Cottage, Past Riverlake Cottage, Bonds Farm To Andrews Park, Gables To Andrews Park, North Road, Cross Park, Cross Park To Week Parks Cross, Week Park Cross To Week Cross, Week Cross To Dolepark Cross West, Dolepark Cross West To Barnstaple Cross, Middlemoor Cross To Barnstaple Cross, Moorland Gate To Middlemoor Cross, Southwest From Moorland Gate Past Furze Cottage Farm, Vice Versa.

For Newton Road: 17-30/08 From No.35 To Jcn With Chanters Road Both Sides. Where Possible, The Parking Bays Will Be Re-Opened For Use When Not Required.

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Abbotsham Road, Old Town, Meddon Street, Torridge Hill, New Road, The Quay, Kingsley Road, Heywood Road, Bideford By Pass, Road From St Helens Primary School To Abbotsham Road & Vice Versa.

Prohibition of Parking: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.

Road affected: Old Town, From outside no.38 to outside No.53.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: INSTALLATION OF HV CABLES, GAS & WATER MAINS & FIBRE SUPPLY FOR NEW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT.
