Temporary Road Closure Order 2026
On 10 July 2026 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on A72 Lanark Road, Larkhall between M74 junction 7 on slip and M74 junction 7 off slip.
The Order will be in operation from 8pm on 24 August 2026 until 6am on 5 September 2026. The closure will only be on overnight between these dates and the road will be open during the day.
