Sawley Road - Temporary Road Closure To New Electrical Supply
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE SAWLEY ROAD, BREASTON
WHEN: 10 August to 13 August 2026
WHERE: Sawley Road, Breaston from outside No. 1 to outside No. 7.
REASON: To facilitate installation of a new electrical supply.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Sawley Road, Draycott Road, Tamworth Road, Wilne Road, Station Road, Draycott Road, Main Street and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re- open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
