THE COUNCIL HAS MADE

(Chapel Lane, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Chapel Ln for approx. 793M. Alternative route: West Wycombe Rd, Oxford Rd, Arch Way, Oxford St, Abbey Way, St Mary St, Abbey Way Gyratory, Marlow Hill, Daws Hill Ln, Handy Cross Roundabout, A404 M40 J4 Roundabout, John Hall Way, New Rd, Cressex Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst drainage works commence on 27 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(London Road West, Amersham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in London Road West for approx. 566M. Alternative route: Stanley Hill, Woodside Rd, Chiltern Ave, Woodside Cl, Station Approach, Station Rd, London Rd West, Chequers Hill and vice versa. The closure is required whilst conventional surfacing commence on 20 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 20 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(White Hill, Chesham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in White Hill for approx. 876M. Alternative route: Broad St, Eskdale Ave and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a gas mains replacement commences on 17 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 17 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Little Missenden Bridleway 27, Little Missenden) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Little Missenden Bridleway 27 for approx. 36M. The closure is required whilst Remedial permit to repair Actavo defect commence on 28 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Cock Lane, High Wycombe) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Cock Ln for approx. 23M. Alternative route: Hazlemere Rd, Penn Rd, Amersham Rd, Totteridge Ln, Hatters Ln, London Rd, Hammersley Ln, Church Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst trial holes commences on 27 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Rogers Lane, Stoke Poges) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Rogers Ln for approx. 485M. Alternative route: Duffield Ln, Templewood Ln, Gerrards Cross Rd, Bells Hill, Rogers Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst cabling works commence on 27 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Copthall Lane, Chalfont St Peter) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Copthall Ln for approx. 148M. Alternative route: Denham Ln, Chesham Ln, Rickmansworth Ln, Copthall Ln and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a gas mains replacement commencement on 27 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Hurstfield Drive, Burnham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hurstfield Drive for approx. 39M. The closure is required whilst a new supply commences on 22 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Beeches Road, Farnham Common) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Beeches Road for approx. 31M. Alternative route: Stewarts Drive, The Ave, Beaconsfield Rd and vice versa. The closure is required whilst trial holes commence on 27 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 27 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

(Trafford Close, Great Missenden) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2026 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Trafford Close for approx. 181M. The closure is required whilst conventional surfacing works commences on 28 July 2026. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 July 2026, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 – SECTION 25 PUBLIC PATH CREATION AGREEMENT

PARISH OF BLEDLOW-CUM-SAUNDERTON

Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council has entered into a Public Path Creation Agreement on 11 June 2026 under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the Agreement is to dedicate two new public footpaths across land in the Parish of Bledlow-cum-Saunderton, described as follows:

Points A-B-C:

From SP77697-01151, proceeding SW for 5m to SP77694-01147, then WSW for 391M to SP77331-01028.

Points C-D-E-F:

From SP77331-01028, proceeding NNW for 17M to SP77326-01043, then NNE for 39M to SP77338-01078, and ENE for 10M to SP77347-01083.

Points C-G-H-I:

From SP77331-01028, proceeding SW for 155M to SP77245-00903, then W for 315M to SP76937-00872, and N for 75M to SP76940-00946.

Points H-J:

From SP76937-00872, proceeding SW for 132M to SP76834-00816.

Points B-K-L-G:

From SP77694-01147, proceeding SW for 157M to SP77569-01059, then S for 171M to SP77547-00898, and W for 322M to SP77245-00903.

The routes are shown by bold black broken lines on Plan 2 attached to the Agreement. These new routes will be known as Public Footpath No. 97 and Public Footpath No. 98, Bledlow-cum-Saunderton.

Under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980, there is no right of objection, and the new footpaths are effective from 11 June 2026.
