(TRAFFIC REGULATION: RESTRICTIONS ON WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING, STOPPING AND PARKING PLACES) (VARIATION NO. ) ORDER 202 - TRO/26/03
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended to: (1) Extend 24hr waiting restrictions and loading prohibitions on Morningside rd & falcon ave; (2) Remove/Relocate part of a Pay & Display parking place on Morningside rd; (3) Remove a section of daytime waiting restrictions and loading prohibitions on Morningside rd, (4) Realign 24hr waiting restriction and loading prohibition on Morningside rd; (5) Remove a section of daytime waiting restriction only on Morningside rd, & (6) Relocate a Loading bay on Morningside rd. Details of the draft Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed online at consultation.appyway.com/ edinburgh-city, from 17/07/26 to 14/08/26 by following the link to “Proposals in consultation” under reference Tro/26/03 or at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk. Documents can also be viewed at Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG between 9:30am & 3:30pm Mon-Fri during the same period. Objectors must complete the form found via the “Proposals in consultation” link referred to above, or state their reasons in writing quoting reference Tro/26/03 to Traffic Orders at the above address, not later than 14/08/26. Objections should state the name and address of the objector. If you are responding to this consultation and your comments or objection relate to any specific location/s or element/s of the proposal, it would be helpful if you could identify them in your submission.
