GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A489 (Y DRENEWYDD I GAERSWS, POWYS) (CYFYNGIADAU CYFLYMDER A DIM GODDIWEDDYD DROS DRO) 2026

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A489, neu gerllaw iddi, rhwng y Drenewydd a Chaersws, Powys.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gosod terfyn cyflymder dros dro o 40 mya, 30 mya neu 10 mya ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A489 o’i chyffordd â’r A483 wrth Gylchfan Ffordd Dolfor, y Drenewydd hyd at ganolbwynt ei chyffordd â’r A470 yn Moat Lane, Caersws. Dim ond yn ystod gwaith confoi y bydd y terfyn cyflymder o 10 mya yn weithredol a ni chaniateir goddiweddyd ar yr adegau hynny.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 18 Gorffennaf 2026. Disgwylir y bydd y cyfyngiadau a’r gwaharddiad dros dro, y bydd eu hyd a’u lled yn amrywio, yn weithredol ysbeidiol o 08:00 o’r gloch ar y dyddiad hwnnw am gyfnod hwyaf o 18 mis. Bydd hysbysiad am y gwaith yn cael ei arddangos cyn i unrhyw waith ddechrau.
