PROPOSED HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT WORKS

SYMMETRY PARK, KETTERING – A509/STATION ROAD AND PYTCHLEY ROAD

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North Northamptonshire Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980, proposes to carry out highway improvement works to implement a shared pedestrian and cycleway in the vicinity of Symmetry Park, Kettering.

Nature of the Works

The proposed works comprise the construction of a shared pedestrian and cycleway, together with associated highway works, on land forming part of or adjoining the public highway, as shown on the deposited plan.

Location

The works are located primarily along the A509/Station Road corridor, Kettering, in the vicinity of Symmetry Park, From Station Road on Kettering Road through to Pytchley Road as illustrated on the plan described below.

Details of the proposals, including a map plan, may be inspected on the Council’s website at www.northnorthants.gov.uk, and at Kier Highways, Brixworth Depot, Old Harborough Road, Brixworth, Northamptonshire NN6 9BX, at a time and date specified by appointment only by calling 01604 529700.
