ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Hilderic Crescent, Dudley) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Hilderic Crescent, Dudley, for the purpose of carriageway resurfacing being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 06.08.2026 and will remain in force until 20.08.2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. No diversion is required.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Hawbush Road, Brierley Hill, for the purpose of carriageway resurfacing being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 05/08/2026 and will remain in force until 28/08/2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Westbound traffic will be diverted via: Brettell Lane, Harrison Road, Swanfield Road, Swan Lane, Brierley Hill Road, and Moor Street. Eastbound traffic will be diverted via: Moor Street, Addison Road, Bull Street, and Brettell Lane.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Heath Road, Netherton) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Heath Road, Netherton, for the purpose of carriageway resurfacing being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 06.08.2026 and will remain in force until 20.08.2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Stoney Lane, Copse Road, and vice versa.
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Claycroft Terrace, Woodsetton) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding on Claycroft Terrace, Woodsetton, for the purpose of gas main replacement being carried out on or near the affected road. The order will come into operation on 03/08/2026 and will remain in force until 14/08/2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. Traffic will be diverted via: Sedgley Road, Bramford Drive, Claycroft Terrace, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
